Position: Area Sales Manager – Bearing Products
Responsibilities 職責(zé)：
- Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets
計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行銷售活動(dòng)以完成銷售目標(biāo)
- Actively develop new market and explore new sales opportunities
積極開拓新市場(chǎng)并創(chuàng)造銷售機(jī)會(huì)
- Develop distribution network

- Visit customers to understand their development needs, strengthen customer relations and to develop business

- Collect and analyze the market information, implement marketing activities, identify business opportunities, recommend new business solutions
收集并分析市場(chǎng)信息，展開市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，確定業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)，提出新的解決方案。
- Coordinate engineering support to customers
協(xié)調(diào)對(duì)客戶的工程技術(shù)支持
- Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure to be closed satisfactorily

Requirements 要求：
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
機(jī)械工程或類似本科專業(yè)
- Working experience in bearing industry would be an advantage
3年以上機(jī)械類產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有軸承行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
- Technical knowledge of mechanical and/or bearing application in the related industries
有機(jī)械或軸承技術(shù)背景
- Good planning, coordination, communication, team work and problem solving skills
良好的工作安排、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作及解決問題能力。
- Good learning ability and work well under great pressure

The position of Application Engineer
Responsibilities 職責(zé)：
- Provide the technical support for customers, help the Sales Engineers to achieve business goal;
提供客戶技術(shù)支持，幫助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)到業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)
- Develop training packages and materials, conduct technical training and seminars for customers and colleagues;
設(shè)計(jì)及開發(fā)培訓(xùn)方案及資料，負(fù)責(zé)針對(duì)客戶及內(nèi)部員工的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)及技術(shù)研討會(huì)
- Communicate with headquarter and manufacture units according to customers’ application requirements, develop value-added engineering solution to meet customers’ requirements;
負(fù)責(zé)與總部及工廠協(xié)調(diào)客戶的應(yīng)用需求，開發(fā)滿足客戶需求的應(yīng)用方案
- Predict the development trend of technology in the main industries, and put forward the corresponding solutions;
對(duì)產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展保持敏感度，并準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)技術(shù)解決方案
- Support sales to handle customers’ technical complaints
支持銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)解決并處理客戶的技術(shù)投訴
Requirements 要求：
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

- At least 3 years working experience as Application Engineer or Mechanical Engineer in multinational companies. Experience in bearing industry would be an advantage
3年以上跨國(guó)企業(yè)應(yīng)用工程師或機(jī)械類工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有軸承行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
