2017年7月1日，由安凱易奧地利有限公司和沈陽罕王精密軸承有限公司合資的“安凱易（沈陽）精密軸承制造有限公司”正式成立! 近日，佰聯(lián)軸承網(wǎng)對(duì)安凱易奧地利有限公司總經(jīng)理Thomas Witzler先生進(jìn)行了訪問，目的讓大家對(duì)NKE以及NKE中國工廠有一個(gè)全新深入的認(rèn)識(shí)。
Bearing.cn: Firstly, we want to say:‘Congratulations for the set-up of NKE’s new plant in China --- NKE (Shenyang) Precision Bearings Manufacturing Co., Ltd! Would you please give us a brief introduction of this new plant?’
佰聯(lián)軸承網(wǎng)：首先讓我們祝賀安凱易（沈陽）精密軸承制造有限公司隆重成立。作為一個(gè)新廠，想必大家還不是很了解，請(qǐng)您給大家先簡單介紹一下沈陽工廠。
Thomas Witzler：Thanks you for your congratulation. We are very happy not only proud to take the next step in expanding our production capabilities as a group, but also as a local manufacturer serving the Chinese market. The new factory will give us additional capacity in manufacturing of midsize to large bearings. Specifically ranging from 200 to 1200 mm in size (Outer diameter)，in addition, can produce cylindrical/tapered and spherical rollers ranking from 10 to 100 mm。
We will supplement our European production range also the product range for the Asia/Pacific market with these products.
Thomas Witzler：感謝您的祝賀，我們也非常開心自豪！新廠將進(jìn)一步提升NKE產(chǎn)品全球生產(chǎn)能力，另外NKE在中國的服務(wù)能力也會(huì)同步增強(qiáng)。新工廠將為集團(tuán)增加中大型尺寸軸承的生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能，尤其在外徑范圍從200毫米至1200毫米的軸承生產(chǎn)能力將大大加強(qiáng)，并可以批量生產(chǎn)直徑10mm至100mm滾子，應(yīng)用于短圓柱軸承，圓錐滾子軸承和球面調(diào)心滾子軸承。與此同時(shí)，這方面產(chǎn)能的提高將對(duì)我們歐洲市場(chǎng)以及亞太市場(chǎng)也是一個(gè)有力的補(bǔ)充。
Bearing.cn: Could you please introduce to our Chinese customers about the main products of NKE Shenyang plant? And which industry it will serve? And what’s the level of the products quality the plant can confirm?
佰聯(lián)軸承網(wǎng)：NKE沈陽工廠主要生產(chǎn)哪些產(chǎn)品，服務(wù)哪些行業(yè)領(lǐng)域？產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到一個(gè)什么樣的水平？請(qǐng)您為我們中國廣大客戶深入介紹一下。
Thomas Witzler: NKE AUSTRIA is producing Premium class bearings for the industrial application market. NKE serves for not only OEMs but also aftermarket business. Our customers consider our products as an equivalent to SKF, Schaeffler or NSK products.
From our factory in Shenyang we will serve in particular for our focus industries:
●Mechanical drives and gearboxes
●Electric drives
●Fluids, so pumps and compressors
●Wind energy with a strong focus on Asian markets
●Agri-Tech, where we have our focus in Europe
This step is also important to serve our European OEM customers directly in China in their local factories. So we produce in the region for the region. NKE Shenyang will provide the same NKE Premium quality as we do in our other factories. The same auditing teams that audit our European factories will also audit our factories here in China. There is absolutely no difference. We have state of the art machinery including furnaces capable of bainitic and martensitic heat treatment.

沈陽工廠也將為我們歐洲OEM客戶在中國的工廠直接提供服務(wù)，以此做到：本地生產(chǎn)為本地服務(wù)。新廠將嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行NKE奧地利質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，總部也委派同樣的品質(zhì)管控團(tuán)隊(duì)，所以產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不會(huì)有任何區(qū)別。新廠擁有Z先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備以及熱處理能力，包括貝氏體和馬氏體的熱處理爐。
Bearing.cn: May we have the view about the current development of the bearing industry in China? And what‘s your expectation on the demand capacity of the bearing market in China?
佰聯(lián)軸承網(wǎng)：請(qǐng)問您對(duì)中國軸承工業(yè)目前的發(fā)展有何認(rèn)識(shí)？您對(duì)中國軸承市場(chǎng)的需求能力有何判斷？
Thomas Witzler: China is already the manufacturing power house of the world. “Made in China 2025” will further increase this and develop the manufacturing basis into a product development force. This will not come over night and there will be winners and losers in this phase. On the production/supply side, we see an ongoing consolidation in the bearing industry. Out of about 1500 bearing manufacturing companies we estimate that about 100 will go out of business, change their focus or become a part of a large company.
On the demand side, China is already accounting for 25% of the global bearing demand, excluding plain bearings, and fast growing. Nevertheless the market will develop further towards top quality products.
Thomas Witzler：中國是世界的制造大國，“2025中國制造”將進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力水平，把中國從生產(chǎn)基地轉(zhuǎn)化成產(chǎn)品革新的新勢(shì)力。當(dāng)然，這不會(huì)在一夜之間發(fā)生，整個(gè)推進(jìn)過程中肯定會(huì)產(chǎn)生成功者，也會(huì)淘汰掉失敗者。在生產(chǎn)/供應(yīng)方面，我們看到軸承行業(yè)正在進(jìn)行整合，在如今1500家左右的軸承制造公司中，我們估計(jì)大約有100家左右將停產(chǎn)，企業(yè)面臨轉(zhuǎn)型或被大型公司兼并。
以市場(chǎng)需求角度而言，中國軸承市場(chǎng)需求已經(jīng)占據(jù)了全球的25％（其中不包括滑動(dòng)軸承），并且這一需求會(huì)繼續(xù)快速增長。不過，此類增長的需求將主要針對(duì)高品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品。
Bearing.cn: Considering the competition of the China bearing market is extremely intense, what will be NKE’s marketing strategy to achieve the sustainable development in China?
佰聯(lián)軸承網(wǎng)：現(xiàn)在的中國軸承市場(chǎng)競爭是非常激烈，NKE要在中國取得持久發(fā)展，必須要深耕中國市場(chǎng)，請(qǐng)問NKE具體會(huì)采取哪些戰(zhàn)略措施？
Thomas Witzler：We want to leverage from our already existing customer base by providing excellent products and service to our customers and their factories in China. Secondly we can serve existing and future Chinese customers straight out of our new factories where we previously were supplying from our European factories, thus reducing delivery times but also allowing our customers to easily audit the local factories.
We focus in specific industries and applications where we offer not only a plain product but decades of experience within the application. So we can help our customers with application engineering support, calculations and technical improvements. This also includes customized products that are optimized for the specific application.
Thomas Witzler：我們將以現(xiàn)有的客戶群為基礎(chǔ)，通過我們中國的工廠為我們現(xiàn)有客戶的中國工廠及客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的本地化產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)。其次，新廠將把現(xiàn)有的和未來的國內(nèi)客戶的供應(yīng)渠道從歐洲轉(zhuǎn)換到本地，提供本地供貨和本地服務(wù)，從而縮短交貨時(shí)間，并方便國內(nèi)客戶對(duì)本地工廠進(jìn)行質(zhì)量審核。

Bearing.cn: NKE, a well-known brand with a long history, is originated in Austria and provides the service for the global bearing market, would you please tell us NKE's business layout in China and in the world?

Thomas Witzler: NKE AUSTRIA is relying on a long history of developing, designing and producing bearings that goes back to “SteyrWälzlager”. Today we are part of Fersa Group, a bearing manufacturing based in Zaragoza, Spain. Fersa itself has more than 50 years of bearing history and focuses today on the automotive sector. NKE AUSTRIA is positioned as the Premium brand in the industrial market. We are today selling in 85 countries with Germany as our strongest market.
Having been in China market from 2008, NKE has successfully cooperated with many famous local enterprises in the fields of Wind Power, Mining, Gearbox, Electrical Machinery, New Energy Vehicle etc. With the set-up of the new plant in Shenyang, NKE’s supply capability and service level will be highly improved, therefore the local plant in China will be much helpful for our products and service to be drawn into more regions and applications in China industrial market.

Bearing.cn: Currently, China is thoroughly implementing the strategy of "Made in China 2025", so I would like to know your understanding of "Made in China 2025"? And what will be the opportunities "China made 2025" will bring to NKE ?
佰聯(lián)軸承網(wǎng)：中國目前正深入實(shí)施《中國制造2025》發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，您能談?wù)剬?duì)《中國制造2025》的理解嗎？《中國制造2025》會(huì)給NKE帶來哪些發(fā)展機(jī)遇？
Thomas Witzler: As briefly outlined before, "Made in China 2025" is the logic next step for the industrial sector in China moving from producing to innovating. Moving from manufacturing at competitive costs to creating new solutions and products. This will enable Chinese companies to better compete with the market leaders in the high end / premium segments. It will take some time and probably also adaptations in the various business models, companies run today. But I am deeply convinced, that this is the right step and that it will be successful.
For us as NKE AUSTRIA it offers the chance to leverage from our engineering strength. As we are not only providing bearings but we are able to provide real technical solutions that solve customer problems and adds value to the customer’s product.
Thomas Witzler：如前所述，“中國制造2025”是中國工業(yè)從生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向創(chuàng)新的必要一步。這將是從極具競爭力的低成本生產(chǎn)到提供新產(chǎn)品和創(chuàng)新方案的極大轉(zhuǎn)變。這將使中國企業(yè)躋身于與高端市場(chǎng)的行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍者競爭的舞臺(tái)。雖然這個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)變需要時(shí)間，也有可能改變企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)營模式，但我深信，這是正確的一步，這也終將會(huì)成功的。
